As brothers, Myself Gustavo Rodriguez and my Brother Daniel Rodriguez grew up in the kitchen of our family’s iconic Alberto’s Mexican Food location from San Diego back in the 80’s to the first Alberto’s location in Orange County in 1992, learning the craft, the flavors, and the joy of feeding our community. Today, we’re bringing that same passion to Krazy Nacho Fries, serving up loaded fries and nachos with a bold, authentic twist. Every bite is a taste of our heritage, made with love and a little bit of krazy.”
At every Alberto’s location, the top two sellers were always nachos and fries—flavor-packed favorites that quickly became popular beyond our kitchens. We’re proud to say that our family helped create what the world now knows as the Loaded Fries.
But Krazy Nacho Fries took it a step further. We brought a creative twist, offering a wild variety of fries and bold toppings that pushed the boundaries of flavor. The “Krazy” part? Let’s just say it runs in the family.
The name ‘Krazy Nacho Fries’ had been in our back pocket since 2017, but January 2020 was the moment we decided to go all in. When we could no longer operate under the Alberto’s name, there was no hesitation—Daniel brought the idea back to the table, and Gustavo went to work. Menus were overhauled. Packaging was reinvented. The brand was rebuilt from the ground up. Daniel drove the tech, design, and systems to keep us running sharp. This wasn’t just a rebrand—it was a declaration. Krazy Nacho Fries had arrived, and we were here to dominate.”.
