Krazy Nacho Fries was founded by two brothers, Gustavo M. Rodriguez and Daniel Rodriguez, whose roots in the food industry go back to their family-owned Alberto’s Mexican Food location. Gustavo worked as the cook, while Daniel ran the register. Despite the challenges of poor sales and growing competition, Gustavo knew it was time for a change—he had a vision. But at the time, the rest of the family wasn’t ready to pivot, and things stayed the same.

At every Alberto’s location, the top two sellers were always nachos and fries—flavor-packed favorites that quickly became popular beyond our kitchens. We’re proud to say that our family helped create what the world now knows as the Loaded Fries.

But Krazy Nacho Fries took it a step further. We brought a creative twist, offering a wild variety of fries and bold toppings that pushed the boundaries of flavor. The “Krazy” part? Let’s just say it runs in the family.

The name “Krazy Nacho Fries” had been floating around since 2017, but it wasn’t until January 2020 that the dream became real. The brothers could no longer operate under the Alberto’s name, and that’s when Daniel reminded Gustavo of their idea. Gustavo got to work redesigning the menu creating new packaging and developing the brand. Daniel took the reins on marketing. And from that point on—Krazy Nacho Fries was born.

The rest is history. And trust us, it’s only just getting started!!!
