Delete your Krazy Nacho Fries account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Krazy Nacho Fries app.
2. Sign in with the phone number on the account.
3. Open the Rewards tab.
4. Tap the account icon at the top of the screen.
5. Tap Settings.
6. Tap Delete Account.
7. Read both confirmation prompts and confirm. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Data we delete

When you confirm, we delete:

• Your account and sign-in, including your name, phone number, and password
• Your loyalty balance (Krazy Coins)
• Your access to personal order history

Data we keep

We keep only what we still need for legal and accounting reasons:

• Transaction records required for accounting, stored in anonymized form so they are no longer linked to your account. We keep these for as long as tax, accounting, and other legal obligations require.
• If you opted in to text messages, records of that consent and of any opt-out. We keep these for as long as messaging laws and carrier rules require.

If you cannot open the app

Call (714) 624-6861 or mail KRAZY NACHO FRIES INC., P.O. BOX 18101, ANAHEIM, CA 92817. Ask us to delete the Krazy Nacho Fries account for your phone number. We use the same deletion process as the app.
